We have an exciting opportunity for a **qualified and experienced Assistant Branch Manager**to join our newly established **Reece Fire**business unit in **Penrith**.

The **Reece Fire business unit**is focused on expanding our market share by working closely with fire contractors, including sprinkler fitters, maintenance and safety contractors, and other fire service professionals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver **tailored customer service**to support and grow client relationships.
- Manage **staff operations, workplace health and safety (OHS/WHS), and compliance**.
- Take ownership of **customer inquiries, complaint resolution, and sales development**.
- Oversee **stock management**, ensuring optimal inventory levels for efficiency.
- Maintain **high standards of branch presentation and service quality**.
- Drive a **culture of continuous learning and professional development**.

**About You**:

- Strong **business acumen**and a focus on **customer and sales growth**.
- Background in the **fire industry**(preferred but not essential).
- Experience in **people management**and working effectively within a team.
- Ability to work **autonomously and lead with professionalism**.
- **Current driver’s licence**(Forklift licence preferred).
