About The Opportunity
Securecorp is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for a couple Casual Control Room Operators to join our team at Southgate, Melbourne CBD
This Control Room operator will have extensive security experience in the retail space and have at least 2 years' experience in a control room. This Control room operator will also have the opportunity to supervise and run the team from time to time getting the supervisor allowance
Duties And Responsibilities
As part of our team, you will have the chance to:

  • Deliver exceptional security and customer service
  • Manage access control and fire panels
  • Supervise and run the team on shift
  • Guard, patrol, monitor, and control assigned premises
  • Respond to emergencies and alarm events, providing essential support
  • Assess and address potential risks
  • Write incident reports and maintain data logs

Key Selection Criteria
We're Looking For Candidates Who

  • Hold a current Security License and valid First Aid & CPR certification
  • Have proven experience in the security industry – Retail Space
  • Must have 2 years min experience in the Control Room as well as having the endorsement on their security license.
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Can work collaboratively in a team or independently

Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, is essential.
