JJR Logistics is a growing transport and logistics company dedicated to delivering high-quality services and building long-term partnerships. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and help drive growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand company growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Transport and Logistics industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain positive business relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
