The Role

As Account Director - Client Services, you'll drive new business and deepen existing client relationships within the Consumer Products & Retail sector. Working closely with the Head of Consumer Products and product specialists, you'll connect data with strategy, translating insights into action.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across Roy Morgan's data, segmentation, and digital solutions
• Grow and manage a portfolio of key clients, ensuring they extract maximum value from our insights to deliver strategic recommendations that drive measurable business or social outcomes
• Use research data to deliver insights
• Lead strategic conversations and workshops linking data to commercial outcomes
• Champion Roy Morgan's Helix Personas and digital tools to solve real-world marketing and media challenges
• Collaborate with internal experts to deliver tailored, high-impact solutions
• Monitor industry trends and contribute to innovation across our products and services
• Provide structured account planning and reporting to support business growth

About You

You're a commercially minded relationship-builder who loves using data to tell stories and solve business problems. You're confident leading clients, comfortable in complex conversations, and driven by the impact of your work.

You'll bring:

• Proven experience in business development, account management, or client services
• Background in market research and/or using research data to inform client decision making
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Strong commercial acumen and a track record of growth
• Confidence in leading client meetings and presenting strategic recommendations
• Organised, self-motivated, and collaborative mindset
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, business, or communications
