What role will you play?
In this role, you will help align our data management practices across different business areas, designing and improving solutions that support our teams in meeting their data responsibilities. You will work collaboratively to ensure our enterprise tools enable effective implementation of data frameworks, engaging with a wide range of stakeholders to drive positive outcomes.
What You Offer
- 5+ years' experience in business analyst roles or data management environments
- Experience in business transformation and business analysis, ideally within financial services
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to coordinate and lead across multiple stakeholder groups
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders in key forums
- Analytical expertise and experience working in agile settings with technology teams, alongside an understanding of data risk management, governance standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.
