Your Team
The Customer Analytics team within CFS's Customer Office drives insight-led decision-making to improve customer experiences and deliver on strategic priorities. As a Senior Analyst, you will own reporting products that uncover actionable insights, helping stakeholders understand customer behaviours and needs.
Your work supports better customer outcomes, strengthens CFS's commercial performance, and builds a data-driven culture by leveraging advanced analytics and fostering collaboration across key business areas.
Your Responsibilities
- Own reporting products end‑to‑end - discover, scope, build, test, deploy, drive adoption and continuously improve your product.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate ambiguous business problems into the delivery of decision‑focused metrics and visuals.
- Design insightful Power BI experiences - build clear, consistent dashboards (or an insights pack) that reveal trends, drivers and opportunities.
- Engineer dependable data foundations - write high‑quality SQL, and implement robust data quality checks and lineage. Work with data engineers and system SMEs to source and understand data.
- Contribute to team culture: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, analytics initiatives, and foster collaboration.
Your Capability and Experience
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end reporting products, including data transformation with SQL, dashboard development, and continuous improvement.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills to identify trends, drivers, and opportunities that deliver measurable results.
- Excellent communication skills to simplify complex concepts and confidently engage senior stakeholders with actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrated growth mindset with adaptability and focus on iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools, ideally using Databricks and Power BI.
