We are a well-established paediatric OT service on Brisbane's Southside with over 11 years of supporting children and families. From our fun, well-equipped clinic in Springwood and through mobile/community services, we help children (ages 1–17 years) build skills, independence, and confidence through play-based, family-centred therapy. The Role
As a Senior OT, you'll:
  • Provide high-quality therapy to children and young people with diverse developmental needs, including but not limited to: autism, ADHD, sensory processing differences, cerebral palsy, Down Syndrome, developmental delays, and learning differences.
  • Mentor, supervise, and support OTs across different experience levels
  • Lead and contribute to clinical and business projects, service development, and in-house PD
  • Play an active role in shaping the direction of our growing service alongside our other senior OTs
  • Collaborate with parents, schools, and other allied health professionals to ensure holistic support
About You
  • AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist with significant paediatric experience (5+ years desired in paediatric practice)
  • Passionate about leadership, mentoring, and making an impact beyond direct client work
  • Strong communicator and collaborator who thrives in a team setting
  • Interested in driving service improvement and innovation
