We're expanding Capability Psychology & Wellness — an established psychology practice (15+ years in Springwood) now growing into a full multidisciplinary team.

We're searching for an Occupational Therapist (ideally minimum 3 years' experience) ready to take ownership of the OT stream as our allied health team grows.


What we offer
  • Salary: $100K–$115K + super (negotiable to $120K for the right candidate)
  • Professional Development: $2,000 PD allowance + 5 paid PD days annually
  • Bounded KPIs: 22–24 billable hours per week with 0.5hr protected admin per client
  • Flexibility: 9-day fortnight or school-hours options; work–life balance built in
  • Facilities: Stunning new clinic rooms and a nature-based therapy garden for outdoor sessions

  • Career Pathway: Genuine progression to OT Team Lead within 6–12 months, with leadership loading and protected leadership time

About the role
  • Build and shape the OT service offering in a supportive, established private practice
  • Deliver clinic-based paediatric therapy, nature-based therapy, school visits and community sessions
  • Option to expand into functional capacity assessments, assistive tech and home modifications
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychologists and social workers in a neuro-affirming environment

About you
  • AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist
  • 3+ years' experience, ideally with paediatric focus
  • Confident, values-driven and excited to build something meaningful
  • Comfortable collaborating with families, schools, GPs and the NDIS space
  • Open to leadership and keen to mentor junior clinicians as the team grows
