About the Role

As a Guest Service Agent at Quest Rockingham, you will be the welcoming face of our vibrant 96-room aparthotel. Your role is crucial in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and memorable stay by delivering exceptional service and seamless experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

Greeting and checking in guests with a warm and professional attitude

Responding promptly to guest inquiries and requests

Managing front desk operations, including handling cash and reconciliations

Processing reservations, modifications, and check-outs efficiently

Maintaining in-depth knowledge of the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions

Assisting with guest luggage and providing helpful guidance on the local area

Contributing to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities

Proficiency in property management and reservation systems (training provided)

A friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
