About the Role

As the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for shaping the hotel's commercial success. You will design and execute strategic sales initiatives, nurture client relationships, and uncover new business opportunities. Working closely with the General Manager and leadership team, you will position Hyatt Place Melbourne Caribbean Park as a top choice for corporate, group, and leisure travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage sales strategies across all market segments.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with corporate, leisure, and group clients.
  • Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure brand alignment.
  • Provide leadership and support to achieve commercial goals.
