Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Full-Time Barista Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As the Barista Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards of our coffee offerings and leading a team of dedicated baristas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee beverages with precision and consistency.
- Supervise and train barista staff to ensure exceptional service and product quality.
- Manage inventory, including coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of coffee equipment.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement new coffee offerings.
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with customers to enhance their coffee experience.
- Monitor and uphold health and safety standards in the cafe.
- One weekend day required.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Barista, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of specialty coffee, including different brewing methods and coffee origins.
- Familiarity with state-of-the-art coffee equipment.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
