Your role will encompass a blend of dental assisting tasks and front desk responsibilities, collaborating closely with our clinical team to deliver exceptional care.

About the Roles:

  • Provide clinical examinations, treatments, and information to patients, especially those in need of emergency and general dental care.
  • Deliver exceptional patient care and advocate for professional oral health, ensuring every patient feels valued and well-cared-for.
  • Offer administrative support services, including reception duties, handling telephone queries, receiving payments, and collating patient clinical records.
  • Engage in theoretical and on-the-job training to become competent in Dental Assisting, gaining valuable skills to excel in your role.
  • Manage accounts and administration tasks, including payment processing and invoicing.
  • Efficiently handle emails and organize lab work and bills.
  • Undertake reception duties, such as appointment scheduling and phone inquiries, to support our daily operations.

About You:

  • Ideally but not essential, you have 1+ years of experience in the dental or medical receptionist field, but we welcome all enthusiastic applicants.
