**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Executive Assistant to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will provide crucial support to our Executive team and hospital managers, directly contributing to the ongoing success of Nowra Private Hospital.

Key responsibilities include:

- Stakeholder Representation: Act as a representative of the hospital, engaging with a variety of stakeholders including patients, doctors, employees, managers, and human resources.
- Governance and Complaint Management: Ensure that governance requirements and complaint management processes are handled efficiently and within agreed timelines.
- Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, accurately record meeting minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Communication: Draft and distribute communications on behalf of the Executive team to employees, managers, and doctors.
- Employee Engagement: Coordinate and support employee engagement initiatives and hospital functions.
- Doctor Credentialing: Manage the credentialing process for doctors to grant medical privileges.
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Executive team.
- Reception Duties: Respond to inquiries presented at the executive reception with professionalism and care.

- Technical Experience: Familiarity with Meditech, SAP, and Mercury is desirable.

**Requirements**:
