We're looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to own and grow our Queensland territory. This is a hands-on, market-facing role focused on new business development, channel growth, and strategic account engagement — all while working alongside a passionate, high-performing national sales team.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with trade customers, distributors, and retail networks.
  • Identify new business opportunities and introduce new ranges across Queensland.
  • Deliver commercial outcomes: manage pricing, review margins, and drive profitability.
  • Conduct competitive research and develop business cases for new growth initiatives.
  • Present new products and category solutions to clients in a clear, value-driven way.
  • Champion BWI brands at trade shows, in-store activations, and customer events.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 5–8 years in sales, ideally within the automotive, tools, 4x4, or trade channel space.
  • Strong commercial skills and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
  • Experience with B2B negotiation, pricing strategy, and margin management.
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills and a confident, engaging presentation style.
  • A flair for innovation and an instinct for spotting market gaps.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, sales, or a related field (or working toward them) are an advantage.
