Your Role as a PCW
- Available Shifts: Morning shifts, Monday to Friday
- Deliver high-quality personal care and support with daily tasks
- Assist residents with hygiene, mobility, and repositioning
- Monitor health and wellbeing; report changes to clinical staff
- Follow individual care plans and maintain accurate documentation
- Promote dignity, respect, and independence for each resident
What You'll Bring
Essential:
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
- Understanding of aged care standards and person-centred care
- Compassionate, respectful, and dependable nature
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
Desirable:
- Previous experience in residential aged care
- Italian language skills (advantageous, not essential)
