About the Role:
As a Community Domestic Worker, you will assist clients with day-to-day household tasks and activities, ensuring they can enjoy a high quality of life in the comfort of their homes. You will be part of a supportive team dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of older persons.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform general domestic duties, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, laundry, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful social interactions with clients.
- Assist with transportation to appointments and social outings.
- Follow care plans to meet the specific goals, needs, and preferences of clients or their advocates.
- Report and document any client changes, concerns, or deterioration to the Supervisor.
- Participate in staff training, appraisals, and team meetings.
- Contribute to quality improvement by gathering client feedback and adapting to changes.
- Engage in incident management as required.

Essential Criteria:

- A current Driver’s License.
- Access to a reliable, registered, and insured motor vehicle.
- Access to a mobile device.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to the changing needs of home care clients.

Desirable Skills:

- First Aid & CPR, Manual Handling Certification.
- Knowledge of Italian culture and language.
- Experience working with the elderly and understanding aged care issues.
