All About Caring is seeking passionate Disability Support Workers to deliver person-centered support to a 40-year-old man living with Spinal Cord Injury and ABI. Sussessful applicants will be supporting the individual to successfully live in his own home.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**:

- Assistance with Personal Care including complex bowel care and catheter care
- Meal preparation
- Hoist transfers
- Execution of the participant's care plan

**QUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES**
- Understanding of the NDIS and commitment to its principles
- Proficient, clear, and effective written and verbal English communication skills
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Current Australian driver's license
- Smartphone to access internal communication
- Female Support Workers preferred
- Experience in complex bowel care essential
- Availability for mornings/afternoons and weekends
