Position Summary:
The VP of AI Adoption, APAC plays a crucial technical and strategic role in supporting the Microsoft Co-Pilot GTM leader, and other vendors as they evolve in our marketplace. The position involves ensuring the effective integration and use of AI technologies across our partner network, focusing on technical expertise and strategic guidance. This role collaborates closely with the sales leaders, Vendor GTM leader, Marketing teams, driving AI adoption, and providing deep technical support and insights to translate AI capabilities into actionable business applications and results.


Personal Contribution:
The VP of AI Adoption, APAC will be responsible for leading the integration of (initially) Microsoft AI technologies across our partner network, developing strategic onboarding initiatives, and creating technical documentation to empower partners. They will engage with various stakeholders to facilitate customer onboarding, create insightful case studies, and produce valuable content to support AI deployment. Additionally, they will collaborate closely with the Microsoft Co-Pilot GTM L& sales leader, ensuring alignment of technical strategies and efforts. The role also involves analyzing the return on investment of AI integrations and clearly articulating this value to our partners, culminating in the presentation of successes and insights at industry events.

Essential Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to) and Percentage of Time Spent

  • Responsible for leading the integration of Microsoft AI technologies across Pax8 partner network developing strategic onboarding initiatives, then expanding into other technologies. 20%
  • Responsible for developing strategic onboarding initiatives for Partners into Marketplace and Agent Store. 20%
  • Collaboration with the Marketing on Creating Case Studies for Market place and Agent Store. Develop with the CGS team our ISV AI Agent development plans. 10%
  • Establish technical documentation on integration into Agent Store. 10%
  • Develop partner-focused content, this includes how we GTM with our new Agent Store. Evangelize our Guide Growth Playbooks for Partners and their development and readiness to become and Managed Intelligent Provider. 10%
  • Analyze ROI for customers and articulate value to partners and Vendors. Establish executive relationships with the key Vendors in our ecosystem. 10%
  • Showcase successes and learnings at partner events, support our sales teams in developing sales motions and SPIFFs as needed to ensure growth in AI. 10%
  • Drive your own personal development and performance improvements by participating in learning paths on Elev8, taking part in Pax8 L&D programmes, receiving peer or manager coaching, taking on stretch projects or on the job training. 10%


Ideal Skills and Experience:

  • Proven track record in technology implementations and partner management.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong technical foundation in AI solutions.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage with cross-functional teams.
  • Substantial experience (+ 5 years) in translating technology solutions to actionable business applications and results.
  • Previous experience with working with MSPs in an international environment, including a strong understanding of the complex and changing technical landscape they are facing.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the implementation of key SaaS and IaaS solutions at an end customer level, including but not limited to the Microsoft Suite.
  • Proficiency with the selling of cloud solutions to MSPs through a cloud marketplace.
  • Understanding of the current and upcoming trends in Artificial Intelligence and the impact this can have on day-to-day activities in the SMB spectrum, as well as how immediate efficiencies can be achieved by leveraging these technological developments.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Highly organized detail-oriented with an ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Previous experience with the creation and refinement of Statements of Work in highly complex co-selling situations with experienced MSPs
  • Ability to grasp complex ideas and change direction quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels in English and other relevant languages depending on the market
  • In order to fulfil this role, you should be resident in this country with a valid right to work
