About the Role

You'll work closely with our Social Media & Influencer Manager to bring the brand to life across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. This is a hands-on opportunity to grow your skills in content creation, influencer marketing, community management, and broader eCommerce operations.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing daily social media content
  • Research and help manage influencer and creator outreach
  • Track performance, engagement, and user-generated content (UGC)
  • Respond to comments, DMs, and support community engagement
  • Liaise with freelance designers and photographers for content coordination
  • Assist with basic graphic design using Canva or similar tools
  • Help prepare reports and campaign performance summaries
  • Support order fulfillment, including packaging and dispatch coordination
  • Be willing to learn Meta Ads setup and assist in campaign organisation

What We're Looking For

  • 6–12 months of social media experience (internships, personal projects, or small brands welcome)
  • Understanding of basic graphic design principles and Canva (Photoshop/Illustrator a plus)
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • A strong eye for detail, visual aesthetics, and brand alignment
  • Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn new digital tools (including Meta Ads)
  • Interest in fashion, lifestyle, or luxury branding
  • Willingness to assist with fulfilment and packaging when needed
  • Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and Canva
