**About Us**:
We’re a growing mobile dental organisation providing essential dental care to schools across NSW. Our mission is to make oral health accessible for all children while delivering an outstanding experience for schools, families, and staff.

We’re now seeking a dynamic, proactive **Practice Manager** to oversee day-to-day operations, manage remote teams, drive growth, and ensure we run a tight, compliant, and people-focused service.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client & Business Development**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and key
- Lead booking in new schools to fill our calendar and expand reach across NSW

**Team & Operations Management**:

- Hire, onboard, and manage dental staff (dentists, OHTs, assistants).
- Conduct staff performance reviews and implement performance improvement plans when needed.
- Manage service delivery to our schools across NSW
- Monitor daily staff output and manage rostering for dental teams.
- Quickly address staff changes, sick leave, or cancellations to maintain service continuity.

**Compliance & Administration**:

- Submit claims and manage data entry using dental software.
- Oversee compliance with health and safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare fortnightly financial reports, including per-staff performance and claiming breakdowns.
- Manage cost and implement growth strategies.
- Direct report to Director

**You’ll Bring**:

- Minimum **2 years experience managing a dental practice** (mobile or fixed-site).
- Proven experience **managing remote teams**, ideally in a healthcare setting.
- Strong skills in **rosters, staffing, and workforce coordination**.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills — calm under pressure.
- Comfort with **dental software and claim management** (D4W, Core Practice, or similar).
- A track record of being **results-driven and highly organised**.
- A flexible, proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and problem solving qualities.
