V&G is looking for an experienced cooks/chefs working days only NO nights. NO split shifts.

Flagship Vine & Grind, established in 2016, stands proudly as a vibrant brunch eatery in the heart of Liverpool, nestled on level 2 of Westfield Liverpool.

The visionary owners, aimed to revolutionise the perception of shopping centre dining by creating a bustling destination where customers enjoy high quality speciality coffee and creative meals amidst their shopping adventures.

Key Responsibility & Accountabilities:

  • Running a section independantly
  • Ability to multi-task and work on a number of dockets
  • Cooking/Plating to order
  • Running service in the absence of head chef with our established team
  • Management of junior kitchen staff
  • Larder preparation
  • Stock ordering and stock control
  • Management of kitchen cleanliness

Knowledge, Qualification, Skills and Attributes :

  • Food Safety Supervisor preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role for brunch/breakfast/lunch
  • Professional presentation. We have an open kitchen
  • Building a Team and culture of teamwork and trust.

Job Type : Full- time salary (or Part time pro rata also available at $30-35 hourly)
