Our Restaurant is known across Sydney as the perfect venue for a work lunch, catch up with friends or romantic dinner. Our extensive menu is inspired by the flavours of Southern Europe, Italian & grounded in robust modern Australian flavours and culinary practice. Each dish can be paired with a selection of some of the finest wines from across the globe, including premium domestic and imported varieties.

Sous Chef

We are currently looking for a talented sous chef to join our amazing team

We are modern Australian Restaurant located in Liverpool, NSW. We seek daily to share with our customer an unique gastronomic experience. Modern Australian food is all about sharing the moment and enjoying staying together. This is the experience and atmosphere we are driven to create and share with our guests.

You will have the freedom to be creative, take risks, and truly shine. We are committed to our staff growing, trying new things and learning all that they can.

Experiences, duties and responsibilities

  • Previous experience with European/Italian cuisine will be bonus
  • Manage cost controls
  • Manage daily operations from planning to enhancing customers expectations
  • Assist the Head Chef with planning and creating menus
  • Control and manage inventory
  • Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with our concept
  • Full time contract available for the right candidates.
  • Sponsorship available for right candidate * T&C applies

Experience:

  • Chef de Partie: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Sous Chef: 2 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
