About the Role:

As a Permanent Part-Time Sales Team Member, you'll drive store success through outstanding customer service and a passion for selling. You'll be responsible for maximizing sales, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and supporting daily operations while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, love interacting with people, and have a flexible, team-oriented approach.

ROSTER

These roles offer permanent fixed shifts on a rotating roster, providing stability while offering the flexibility to balance your personal and professional life. These are Supervisory roles which involve overseeing the store, opening and closing procedures, managing the team, and ensuring excellent customer service.

ROLE 1

Week 1: Thursday 10am - 6pm | Saturday 8.45am - 5.15pm (14.5hrs)

Week 2: Monday 11am - 4pm | Thursday 10am - 6pm (12hrs)

ROLE 2 Sunday Supervisor

Week 1: Sunday 9.45am - 4.15pm | Monday 11am - 4pm | Thursday 3.15pm - 8.15pm (16hrs)

Week 2: Sunday 9.45am - 4.15pm | Monday 8.45am - 5.45pm | Thursday 3.15pm - 8.15pm (19hrs)

As a Sales Team Member, your role involves:

• Drive sales by achieving daily and team sales targets through effective customer interactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and fitting room assistance to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain and replenish stock efficiently to ensure a well-stocked, visually appealing store.
• Support with visual merchandising and layout changes to uphold store presentation standards.
