Role Description

The Corporate Hospitality and Events Intern is a volunteer position that will support the Consumer team in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences at Brisbane Bullets home games. This role involves coordinating corporate guest services, supporting game-day activations and ensuring a seamless experience for high-profile clients and partners.

Primary Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate with venue staff to ensure smooth operations for corporate guests
  • Support the setup and execution of corporate hospitality areas on gamedays
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any issues or special requests from corporate guests
  • Assist with game-day activations, including setup and management of promotional activities and fan engagement events
  • Collaborate with Bullets departments to deliver a high-quality hospitality experience
  • Provide ad hoc event management support across the Bullets team
  • Availability during game days (as dictated by the basketball calendar) with the ability to arrive at the venue up to 3 hours prior to tip-off as well as staying up to 2 hours post-game to assist with pack up of equipment
