We are recruiting F&B rock stars for the busy Spring and Summer seasons. Experience is essential with a preference given to staff who can work all 4 race days at Flemington. If this sounds like you then read on

Wait Staff, Bar Staff, Supervisors. ($33-$65 per hour)

  • Ability to carry drinks trays and 2 bottle service
  • 5 plate clear
  • 3 plate carry
  • Current RSA Certificate for QLD
  • Uniform of black straight legged trousers, black closed toed shoes, white long sleeved business shirt, black tie, black sock (or be willing to purchase)

Corporate / boardroom / Barista roles ( $35-$65 per hour)

  • Demonstrated FOH experience in a similar environment such as corporate client floors, boardrooms, Hotels, or fine dining establishments.
  • Basic Barista Skills
  • Excellent client service skills, demonstrating professionalism & courtesy.
  • Ability to take initiative, and shift focus to meet client needs
  • Current RSA Certificate for QLD
  • Uniform of black straight legged trousers, black closed toed shoes, white long sleeved business shirt
