The Opportunity: Senior Contract Administrator

I am currently recruiting for a Senior Contract Administrator to join my client's team and support their projects in the South Australia branch. This is a key support role that reports directly to the National Commercial Lead.

This position is ideal for a proactive professional with a strong commercial mindset. You will be responsible for reviewing contracts, managing variations, maximizing claims, and proactively identifying risks to ensure the successful delivery of projects. For the right candidate with the ambition to grow, this role offers a clear pathway to a Commercial Lead position in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all contractual aspects of projects for the SA branch.
  • Review and analyze contracts to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Manage variations and maximize claims to ensure commercial outcomes.
  • Provide commercial support to project teams.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or in a similar commercial support role.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a talent for identifying and managing contractual risks.
  • Experience with building facade and heritage projects is highly regarded.
  • Experience with Cost Plus projects is a plus.
