**The role**

Our Crown Rewards team is searching for a passionate individual to join the team as a Part Time **Club Host** who are committed to exceeding expectations and creating memorable experience for our guests. As a Part Time Club Host, you will be working in Perth’s most dynamic and exciting entertainment destination, promoting our loyalty program, facilities, venues and services provided at Crown Perth.

**This role is being offered as a Part Time 3 (32-64 hours per fortnight)**

In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

- Promoting our products, programs and services to a diverse customer base
- Providing professional customer service by assisting our customers in person and via telephone calls
- Processing customer transactions, assisting with membership enquiries and database maintenance
- Processing counter sales of Crown Gifts and retail items
- Identifying customers’ needs and offer appropriate solutions to enhance a guests visit

**About you**

You’ll bring the following:

- A can-do attitude and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Ability to adapt and show resilience in a high demand and technological environment
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to compliance
- Proficient computer skills and knowledge of point of sales systems
- Customer Service experience in the Gaming, Hospitality or Retail industry is preferred

**Additional Information**:
This role requires
- Availability to work a 24/7 rotating roster
