The Opportunity
Our leading Registered Training Organisation is on the lookout for a highly driven, self-motivated, and passionate Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. Our RTO specialises in delivering training across diverse sectors, including Aged and Disability Care, Community Services, Childcare, and Business.

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for leveraging your strong communication skills and established networks to build and maintain professional relationships. You'll also actively seek out new business opportunities, meeting with Job Network agencies and engaging potential students to discuss government-funded accredited training programs.

Requirements
  • The ability to successfully advise on training packages to upskill students within the VET sector
  • Business development background within Education and Training industry advantageous, or experience working with Workforce Australia providers
  • Self-motivated, driven, passionate and professional
  • A demonstrated track record of providing customer service, account management and sales excellence
  • Knowledge of Vocational Education system and AQTF compliance standards preferred
  • Strong computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Great time management with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Drivers licence and own car, as travel to will be required to maintain client relationships
