The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated professional with recent experience in a Registered Training Organisation environment. In this role, you will be the backbone of the team by overseeing daily operations, coordinating training activities, ensuring compliance with the VET Quality Framework and managing and upskilling your team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a dedicated team by offering guidance, support, and ongoing professional development
  • Partake in recruitment, performance development, and initiatives for staff professional growth
  • Oversee training scheduling and completion, ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Ensure compliance with RTO regulations and standards as set by ASQA
  • Work with the sales team to drive both current and new business opportunities
  • Effectively contribute to and promote sales initiatives
  • Support the General Manager in achieving operational goals
  • Inspire and motivate the team to meet or exceed productivity targets
  • Ensure monthly KPIs and budgets are reached, and prepare relevant reports
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record in an RTO, with a solid grasp of the VET Quality Framework and compliance requirements
  • Successful in managing, upskilling, and developing teams to reach their full potential
  • Capable of implementing systems and processes that foster continuous improvement
  • Strong coordination skills to help motivate and develop a team of trainers, sales and administration staff
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships
  • A current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment qualification is desirable
  • A valid Australian driver's licence and access to a car are required
