Groblox is a fast-growing event infrastructure company known for creating innovative modular structures at major Australian events – from world-class sporting spectacles to high-profile brand activations. We're expanding quickly and looking for motivated, hands-on crew members to join our install team.

The Role

As an Install Crew Member, you'll work on the ground with our experienced team to build, install, and dismantle Groblox structures at high-profile events. Based out of our Pakenham facility, you'll travel with the team to major sites across Australia.

You'll be working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same – setting up structures for global brands and iconic events.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the installation, assembly, and dismantling of Groblox modular structures
  • Work safely and efficiently as part of a crew to meet deadlines
  • Load, unload, and prepare materials and equipment for event builds
  • Follow instructions from crew leaders and supervisors
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in good condition
  • Represent Groblox professionally on-site with clients and event partners

What We're Looking For
  • A strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Comfortable with hands-on, physical work in outdoor environments
  • Ability to work in a team and follow directions
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours (including weekends and evenings during event season)
  • White Card (or willingness to obtain)
  • Forklift licence, EWP, or rigging experience (highly regarded but not essential)
