We're expanding and looking for a Wardrobe & Sliding Door Installer to join our crew on the Sunshine Coast. This is a hands-on role where every day brings something new – installing custom wardrobes and sliding doors in beautiful homes and helping clients bring their vision to life.

We'd especially love to hear from qualified cabinet makers or those with a strong background in joinery or wardrobe installation, but if you've got the right skills, work ethic, and attention to detail, we'll help you grow into the role.

• Installing wardrobe interiors, sliding wardrobe doors (mirror, glass, melamine) and light joinery.
• Reading and interpreting plans, measuring precisely, and ensuring each job is finished to a high standard.
• Working directly with homeowners and builders, delivering professional, tidy, and efficient installations.
• Handling tools, equipment, and materials safely and responsibly.
• Representing the Hills Robes & Screens name with pride – we're known for quality, professionalism, and reliability.

• Cabinetmaking experience is preferred – but backgrounds in shopfitting, wardrobe installation, or factory production will also be highly valued.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce clean, accurate finishes.
• Problem-solving skills – you'll often be working on site where no two jobs are the same.
• Good communication and presentation – you'll be face-to-face with clients and builders.
• Current driver's licence and construction white card.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting and installing materials safely.
