Your New Role
The Manager Quality Assurance manages a team of Quality Assurance Specialists and Analysts performing day-to-day quality checks and performance reporting across the Administration and Service Centre teams. The role is responsible for embedding the Quality Assurance framework and policies across the Member Engagement teams and includes monitoring of General Advice. In addition, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing maintenance of data quality assurance routines and the production of performance reporting;
- Co-ordinating periodic audits in collaboration with the risk team, in addition to maintaining and governing the business rule catalogue;
- Providing strong leadership, support and coaching to the team that is consistent with Aware Super's values; and
- Empowering the team so they are accountable for their actions, are focused on meeting the member needs, and work with high professional standards and integrity at all times.
This role is a 12 month, full time contract position.
How do you exceed our expectations?

- Have strong working knowledge of superannuation and retirement rules and regulations and how they apply to superannuation administration and registry and peripheral systems;
- Working knowledge of registry systems capability, project methodologies and process improvement (highly desirable);
- Hold relevant tertiary qualification (e.g. Finance, Commerce, Business etc) or equivalent working experience;
- Have strong people leadership, coaching and people development skills;
- Have exceptional analytical, problem solving, reporting and data analysis skills;
- Display strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build trust and collaboration across all levels;
- Be an ethical and customer centric decision maker that is built off innovative problem solving skills;
- Have resilience and proven ability to work under pressure in a changing work environment; and
- You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face. You are curious to understand risk context and choose to speak up as we simplify, learn and grow.
