Duties and Responsibilities:

  • • Plan, manage, and evaluate all logistics operations through effective communication with internal stakeholders, suppliers, freight forwarders, transportation companies, and customers.

    • Liaise with logistics partners to obtain shipping quotes, monitor delivery status, and create shipping documentation.

    • Ensure accurate data entry into the ERP system (JDE), warehouse management systems, and document updating.

    • Communicate with overseas suppliers to monitor and follow up shipments, ensuring timely arrivals.

    • Manage shipping documents from suppliers and to customers.

    • Work with freight forwarders and transport companies to ensure efficient clearance of goods.
  • Inventory management of warehouse and installers stock

Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Supply Chain, logistics or procurement
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and unsupervised, as well as part of a team when required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to plan and prioritise work tasks
  • A positive attitude and an eagerness to learn about purchasing and inventory processes
