About Victoria Park

We're a family operated business, located in the heart of Brisbane with iconic views of the city skyline. We lead the industry with our Events, Hospitality and Golf precinct including our al fresco Bistro, Driving Range, Golf Learning Centre, Putt Putt Course and seven stunning spaces dedicated to Weddings, Private and Corporate Events.

The Role and You

To lead our brand's marketing initiatives and drive business growth. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, analysing market trends, and ensuring brand positioning aligns with our business objectives. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and experienced in both digital and traditional marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, content, PR, and events.
  • Identify and leverage market trends, customer insights, and competitor analysis to refine marketing tactics.
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives align with the company's business objectives and return on investment (ROI) goals.

Brand & Communications

  • Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  • Develop compelling content strategies and manage the creation of marketing materials.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective brand messaging.
  • Oversee media relations, PR initiatives, and partnerships to expand brand reach.

Data & Performance Analysis

  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Utilise data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and provide regular performance reports to senior management.
  • Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to inform decision-making.

Business Growth & Strategy

  • Collaborate with leadership to define and refine business goals, ensuring marketing strategies align with long-term objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies for products and services.
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty programs.
  • Manage and optimise marketing budgets to maximize efficiency and impact.

People/Relationships:

  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering innovation and excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, and Product Development to drive business success.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, strategy, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven marketing and performance measurement.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
