We are seeking a highly motivated
Administration & Finance Manager
that covers all aspects of our businesses and is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations.
This is a hands-on role where no two days will look the same. It's perfect for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys working with people at all levels, and takes pride in creating an efficient, smooth and collaborative environment.
With a great variety in workload, a day would include;
· Be the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, promptly addressing queries and resolving issues
· Process a small payroll and complete bank reconciliations
· Processing invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents in a timely and accurate manner
· Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
· Assisting with HR tasks
· Being flexible, and pitching in where needed so everything is done for the day
· Being the 'Right Hand' of the Business owner and be a sounding board on business operations
To be Successful in this role, you will be;
· Be highly motivated and have a drive to achieve results
· Handle pressure well with a solid set of problem-solving strategies
· Be proactive and tackle your workload head on
· Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail with the ability to prioritise competing demands
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within the team
· Experience with Xero
· Have Simpro experience (desirable but not mandatory - we can teach you)
· Have experience in a trade-based business (desirable but not mandatory)
Located in Mysterton, you will work alongside an experienced team who can provide the support you need to succeed in this position and grow within the industry.
