Entry-Level Factory Role – Vivid Trades Program

Whether you're fresh out of school, changing industries, or just looking for a new challenge, Vivid Glass Windows & Doors is offering full-time entry-level roles through our Vivid Trades Program (VTP) — a structured 4-module development pathway designed to take you from new starter to industry leader.

The Role:
You'll begin in Module 1: Residential Fabrication Foundations, learning:
- Workplace safety and glass handling
- Assembly of windows and doors
- Team-based factory work under close mentorship
From there, you'll progress into commercial fabrication, installation, and eventually have the chance to lead and mentor others.
What We're Looking For:
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Commitment to completing the full 4-module program
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling
- Comfortable in factory and on-site environments
- Open to learning and working in a team
Bonus Points for:
- Experience with hand/power tools
- Previous factory, trade or construction exposure
- Driver's licence (preferred, not essential)
