Vivid is looking for a Group Activities Coordinator to join our team.

The Group Activities Coordinator is responsible for:

  • Coordination and delivery of Vivid Learning's Group Based programs
  • Providing direct 'hands on' support to Vivid Learning Staff and Clients
  • Daily supervision and mentoring of staff as required
  • Contributing to the coordination of Loddon's Group based program rosters
  • Overseeing group program budgets
  • Overseeing Client medication administration
  • Occupational Health and Safety Representative for Vivid Learning

  • Proven leadership experience
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated high level of computer literacy, numeracy and attention to detail
  • Creative and effective problem solving skills
