About the role

O.I.Pools is seeking a skilled Pool Installer/Builder to join our team in Yarrawonga, Victoria. Whilst experience is preferred it is not vital. This is a full-time position for the right candidate with the right construction skills.   We are offering the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting pool construction and landscaping installation projects. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, custom-built pools to our clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Constructing and installing in-ground swimming pools to the highest standards
  • Coordinating with clients, suppliers, and other tradespeople to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Excavating and preparing pool sites, including laying foundations and plumbing
  • Installing pool equipment, such as filtration systems, pumps, and lighting
  • Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any client concerns
  • Maintaining a safe and organised work environment

What we're looking for

  • Any trade or construction experience
  • Relevant trade qualifications, (but not essential) such as a Certificate III in Swimming Pool Construction
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in pool installation or a similar construction role would be of benefit
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Good physical fitness and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • A valid manual driver's licence
