To support our next stage of growth, we are seeking a hands-on Office Manager / Operations Lead who can help convert ideas into outcomes and support the Director to spend more time with clients and referral partners.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, bringing structure to ideas, and driving follow-through. You will help ensure the business is organised, effective and continuously improving.

You will coordinate day-to-day operations, oversee workflow, support business growth initiatives, and help progress strategic priorities. You will also help facilitate a future office fit-out and brand refresh to support the next phase of expansion.

The role includes coordinating marketing activities, working with external contractors, maintaining process quality and ensuring initiatives are executed on time. You will be actively involved in supporting the team by ensuring policies are followed, onboarding new staff runs smoothly, and training modules are up to date so culture, capability and client experience remain strong.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the Director to implement strategy, projects and initiatives

  • Maintain operational workflow, structure and communication

  • Oversee systems, processes and data quality

  • Coordinate marketing activity

  • Support business growth activities and client experience improvements

  • Assist in planning and coordinating office fit-out and brand refresh projects in the future

  • Help maintain policies, staff onboarding and training modules

About You

You enjoy improving systems, creating structure and helping others stay on track. You take initiative, follow through to completion and are comfortable being hands-on in the day-to-day running of the business.

You are likely to have experience managing a team and/or business operations and are confident working directly with a business owner.

You have:

Experience in financial planning is not required. What matters most is your ability to operationalise plans, drive improvement and get things done.
