Responsibilities of the role:
- Maintenance Planning: Experience in planning and scheduling for mobile maintenance personnel and transport operations.
- Client Communication: Strong ability to liaise with clients and provide high-quality service.
- Data Management: Proficient in data entry and documentation, including equipment action forms and training requests.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain quality documentation in workshops and support continuous process improvement.
- Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of transport and craneage permits and ability to manage related documentation.
- General Administration: Capable of handling general administrative tasks and managing internal equipment hire.
You will bring:
- Experience and Skills: Minimum two years of general administration experience, with previous roles in maintenance and equipment operations.
- Communication Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Technical Competence: Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including MS Office, and knowledge of the construction and maintenance industry, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt.
