The Opportunity – Physiotherapy Manager Role

We are seeking a driven, compassionate, and strategic 
Physiotherapist Manager
 to lead our 
Community Department
. This role goes beyond clinical delivery - you will guide a talented team of allied health professionals to shape innovative care pathways, and ensure that client outcomes and service standards remain exceptional.

This is more than a management position. It's an opportunity to influence the future of community health, grow a high-performing team, and leave a meaningful impact on both clients and clinicians.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leading and mentoring a team of allied health professionals in the community setting
  • Driving clinical excellence, client outcomes, and service innovation
  • Managing performance, professional development, and culture within the department
  • Collaborating across disciplines to deliver seamless client care pathways
  • Strengthening relationships with referral partners, clients, and the broader health community
  • Overseeing compliance, documentation, and reporting standards within the department

What We're Looking For

  • AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist
  • Proven experience in leadership, management, or senior clinical roles
  • Strong clinical reasoning paired with excellent people leadership skills
  • Ability to manage both team performance and client outcomes
  • A growth mindset with accountability and purpose
  • Experience in community health is highly regarded
