About the Opportunity
As a Level 3 Physiotherapist at Gosford Hospital, you will lead the delivery of acute physiotherapy services across ICU and respiratory units. You will oversee a multidisciplinary team that includes new graduates, junior physiotherapists, and physiotherapy assistants, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment. Your role will involve managing complex clinical caseloads, driving best practice standards, and contributing to service development and continuous improvement initiatives. With the opportunity to influence both patient care and staff development, you will play a key part in shaping the future of physiotherapy services within Central Coast Local Health District.

About You
We are looking for someone who has:
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and service improvement.
- Proven experience in acute physiotherapy, preferably within ICU, respiratory, cardiology, oncology and haematology settings
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience supervising and mentoring junior staff and assistants.
- Registered Physiotherapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
