  • You create vibes not with a token high five, but by coaching someone to their first PB or helping them nail a new skill.
  • You're reliable, driven, and hungry to grow as a coach and teammate.

The Role

  • This is a part-time coaching role, approx 20 hours per week. We need you to be available some evenings (4:15pm - 8:15pm), some mornings (5am - 10:30am) and occasional Saturdays (8am - 12:30pm).
  • You'll be coaching our strength and conditioning program - designed for results, smart progress, and long-term health.
  • You'll receive access to regular professional development, education and support to achieve your career goals.

Must have:

  • Cert IV in Fitness (minimum) or equivalent
  • Current First Aid & CPR
