Front of House Supervisor – The Dunes, Ocean Grove

Are you a natural leader who enjoys crafting exceptional customer experiences?

We're chasing a Front of House Supervisor to join our busy, beachside venue in Ocean Grove. This role can be full-time, part-time, or casual — we'll work around the right person.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading service and supporting the FOH team during busy shifts
  • Keeping day-to-day ops smooth with a focus on great guest service
  • Training, mentoring, and motivating junior staff
  • Helping with floor admin (rosters, cash-ups, closes)
  • Working closely with management to keep standards sharp

  • Experience in a supervisory or senior FOH role
  • Hands-on leader who leads by example
  • Strong comms and organisation
  • High attention to detail in service and presentation
  • Availability across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays
