About the Role

We are seeking an analytical and results-driven
Business Analyst
to join our growing team. This role plays a critical part in bridging business objectives and technical solutions, helping stakeholders make data-driven decisions and optimize processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical thinking, communication skills, and a proactive approach to solving business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and process improvements.
  • Evaluate existing workflows to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Support the development and implementation of new systems and solutions.
  • Conduct data analysis to support business cases and strategic decisions.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or project coordination.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience with data visualization or requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Understanding of process mapping and business transformation frameworks.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
