The role
We have a rare opportunity for an Internal Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. This isn't just another sales role , it's a launchpad for your career. You'll learn the skills and tools that can set you up for long-term success in sales while making a real difference every day.
This role is a direct career pathway to becoming an Area Sales Representative, giving you the chance to step into a client-facing position with greater responsibilities and rewards.
What you'll be doing
- Business development activities, including identifying prospective clients and following up on warm leads generated by other business functions.
- Managing the full sales process — from understanding customer needs, providing tailored product recommendations, and accessing marketing resources through to preparing proposals and successfully closing deals.
- Building long-term customer relationships by maintaining regular contact and collaborating with the Parts and Service teams to deliver an excellent post-purchase experience.
- Responding to customer queries promptly and professionally, ensuring issues are resolved or escalated as required.
