AutoSparky is a well-established auto-electrical and A/C business with a strong local rep and a loyal customer base. We're looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to run the day-to-day — team, schedule, workshop, suppliers, so the owners can focus on growth.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the daily workflow — people, parts, and productivity
  • Lead and coach a capable workshop team
  • Keep operations running smooth, safe and customer-focused
  • Resolve issues, manage suppliers, and report on improvements

You Are:

  • Experienced in service/workshop operations
  • Calm, capable and consistent under pressure
  • Comfortable in auto-electrical/mechanical settings
  • Systems-focused, with high standards and people skills
