Are you a dynamic leader ready to make a difference? Casa Services is seeking an Operations Manager to lead our operational functions, ensuring our properties, fleet and facilities run smoothly while upholding NDIS quality and safeguarding standards.

About the Role

As a key member of our Senior Management Team, you'll: -

  • Lead and support the operations team, building a high-performance and values driven culture.
  • Oversee property, fleet, and facilities management to ensure efficient, compliant and safe operations.
  • Drive business continuity planning, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement.
  • Manage maintenance and asset projects, coordinating contractors and ensuring timely repairs.
  • Collaborate with finance and payroll teams to manage budgets, expenditures, and reporting.
  • Champion quality, compliance, and safeguarding practices while representing Casa Services with integrity.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience in operational or facilities management.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, assets, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a focus on continuous improvement.
