This is more than a service delivery role — it's about leading a passionate and capable team to deliver high-quality support to people in Central Australia. You'll be supported by a committed leadership group and collaborate closely with our Senior Manager NT to shape and grow our services with heart, purpose and integrity.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead and inspire a small team to deliver community programs that change lives.
- Coach and develop your people, support wellbeing, and manage performance to build a strong, connected, values-led culture.
- Build trusted relationships with partners, stakeholders and community members – especially First Nations communities – to ensure services are delivered in a culturally respectful and meaningful way.
- Support program growth by identifying opportunities for enhancement and innovation based on evidence, feedback and local insight.
- Champion the Lutheran Care brand in Central Australia, helping to extend our impact and reputation in the region.
About You:
You're an experienced leader who brings out the best in people. You value clear communication, thrive on connection, and understand that great leadership starts with care, trust and inclusion.
You'll also bring:
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- A collaborative, culturally responsive approach to community engagement
- A passion for building strong, healthy teams
- Experience in service delivery, program management or community development (desirable)
