You'll be supported by a committed leadership group and collaborate closely with our Senior Manager NT to shape and grow our services with heart, purpose and integrity.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead and inspire a small team to deliver community programs that change lives.
  • Coach and develop your people, support wellbeing, and manage performance to build a strong, connected, values-led culture.
  • Build trusted relationships with partners, stakeholders and community members – especially First Nations communities – to ensure services are delivered in a culturally respectful and meaningful way.
  • Support program growth by identifying opportunities for enhancement and innovation based on evidence, feedback and local insight.
  • Champion the Lutheran Care brand in Central Australia, helping to extend our impact and reputation in the region.
