Fire Services Queensland is a multidiscipline service company offering design installation, servicing and maintenance of Fire Protection Systems, throughout Queensland. Our goal is to provide innovative solutions that meet the unique needs of each of our clients while delivering unparalleled customer service and support.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced full-time Fire Portable and Fire Door Service Coordinator to join our Chermside based office.

Previous experience in trade scheduling is required, with a strong ability to coordinate multiple disciplines/technicians and manage changing priorities.

Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Scheduling of technicians to Service, Maintenance, and Project Jobs
  • Coordination and Allocation of resources
  • Liaising with clients & stakeholders for the purpose of arranging job attendances and access requirements
  • Invoicing
  • Answering Inbound calls & making outbound calls
  • Day-to-day administration
  • Preparation of Compliance documentation
  • Liaising with various business sectors and team members to ensure end to end job completion and satisfaction

The successful application will have:

  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Knowledge or experience in the Fire Industry is highly desirable.
